Requesting Deletion of Your Personal Information

You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, and to delete your Sunrise 360 account. There is no cost, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

How to make a request

Use the contact form at sunriseabs.com/contact. This is the same route named in our Data and Privacy Policy for exercising any of your privacy rights, and it reaches our team directly.

So that we can find the right account, please include:

• Your name
• The email address or phone number associated with your account
• Whether you want your account closed as well as your information deleted

Please write “Data deletion request” in the subject or message so it reaches the right person quickly.

What happens next

We will confirm receipt of your request. When an account is closed, Sunrise ABS deletes or de-identifies the personal information associated with it within ninety (90) days. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will act on that request rather than waiting for that period to pass.

As set out in our Data and Privacy Policy, deletion is subject to any legal retention requirements, ongoing contractual obligations, or legitimate business interests. De-identified data that cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual customer is not personal information and is not covered by this deletion right.

Deletion is one of several rights described in our Data and Privacy Policy, which also covers access to your information, correction of inaccurate information, restricting how we process it, data portability, and opting out of direct marketing.
