Merchandiser Assistant
Sunrise AgriBusiness Solutions, LLC is a dynamic, growing consulting company that provides well-planned, personalized agricultural risk-management strategies for farmers, ranchers, end users, and other ag-related partners. The Merchandiser Assistant performs position-reporting and customer-service functions for the merchandising department in our Hays, KS office — including customer calls, contract entry, validation and pricing of contracts, position reconciliation, and accounts payable/receivable.
Key responsibilities
- Contract entry, pricing & data validation
- Logistical support for both truck and rail
- Customer service, including calling customers to obtain information
- Prepare spreadsheets summarizing contract and delivery data
- Process billing for grain and transportation payments
- Assure accuracy and timeliness of all data
- Assist merchandisers with accounts receivable and payable
- Collaborate with all team members
